Hallmark offers FREE shipping for all orders over R750 to ANY location in South Africa.
For orders under R750, there's a flat rate courier fee of R70.
All orders are shipped via courier, and an email will be sent to you once your parcel has been scanned into the courier's depot. The email will also contain a link where you can track your order.
All items in stock will be dispatched within 5 - 7 business days of receiving a cleared payment for your order.
We now also offer shipping to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe - please contact us for a shipping quote.

However, if within 7 days of receiving it you’d like to return it, you can send it back to us together will all the original packaging. We’ll happily exchange it for something else, or give you a refund on your purchase price (less shipping costs). Please note returning of the item to us is at the expense of the customer. We suggest using a registered courier for safety.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
